Hearth Architectural Inc. is an established local firm with a focus on residential (single and multi-family) and commercial work.  We have an immediate opening for an intermediate intern architect with the following qualifications:
 

• Intern architect (recognized by the AIBC)
• 5-10 years experience
• An understanding of development in BC as well as City of Vancouver
• Facility with the BCBC 2006 and VBBL 2007
• The ability to draw and coordinate a concise drawing package
• Vectorworks and Sketchup ability is preferred
• Hand sketch ability is a definite asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Please submit cover letter and resume, and a limited electronic portfolio (in PDF format) to joe@hearthworks.ca , attention:  Joe Muego.  Please note that portfolios greater than 3MB will not be reviewed.  It is acceptable to drop off the submission in person.
