couple with discerning tastes and a desire for clean
contemporary lines blended with more traditional forms. |

This particular family had requirements for more living area on
the top floor. The challenge was to give them all of the
rooms they were looking for, while still maintaining the
character of the existing bungalow. |

This new home in the heart of Oakridge was designed and built as
an accessible home and includes a small elevator. Other
challenges were the restrictive zoning. |

This four storey heritage home is blocks from popular commercial
drive. The client wished to maintain the traditional,
early Vancouver form, but update the exterior and the top two
floors. |

Another simple bungalow transformed in upper Kitsilano.
The challenge with this project was incorporating an existing, old
addition at the back of the home, while trying to rescue the
exterior character and form. |

A turn of the century, delapidated rooming house was transformed
into a legal triplex. The challenge was to equal the
character and density in this increasingly popular neighbourhood,
while staying close to a strict budget. |

Kerrisdale
City: Vancouver
A basic Vancouver home was given a generous top floor in this
complete makeover on East Boulevard. The challenge was to
effectively plan space for this growing family, while
stylistically fitting into the neighbourhood. |

City: Richmond
This beautiful home in south Richmond was also designed to be
completely accessible. Inside huge trusses allow for open
spaces, and thoughtfully designed garden accentuate the the
maritime feel of the exterior. |

An aging split level was given new life with an completely
reworked floor plan and a modest garage and great room addition.
The challenge was to create a contemporary feeling with a
thoughtful use of materials and landscaping. |

This typical post-war builder special was given new life and
charm with a complete second storey addition and character
upgrades including a front porch and simple period detailing. |
